The experience with Toyota of Rockwall went very well until we had to deal with the sales manager concerning trade value. The visit soon began to turn upside down. His approach and attitude changed the until we had to deal with the sales manager concerning trade value. The visit soon began to turn upside down. His approach and attitude changed the feeling of our visit from extremely positive to a total train wreck. We left without a vehicle and a high level of disappointment. My attempts to contact the dealership administration were answered and my concerns were satisfied. Thanks to Glenn Coy for great service and James Brown for understanding my concerns and helping out in a difficult situation. More

Initially Courtney called me and was extremely friendly and offered to have me picked up at my home in Forney so that we could discuss my purchase.
