This regular six month check up was the longest I've ever had to wait for my car. I realize that your service department had to inspect my car to see if I really needed the recall equipment. What I did not had to wait for my car. I realize that your service department had to inspect my car to see if I really needed the recall equipment. What I did not realize was the inspection takes as long as the installation of the equipment (and that will require an extra trip to get the equipment installed). Nothing else had to be done except the regular 6 month inspection. They didn't even need to rotate the tires. Discount Tire did that for me. The wash job was the worst I've gotten from Toyota of Rockwall. It appeared all they did was run the car through the automatic car wash. The car was not wiped down. The floormats were not vacuumed and I discovered three days after the service I had been sitting on my antenna. This is not a complaint against your service advisor (Mick). He did a commendable job trying to satisfy me as a customer. Just one observation I made while I was there. I had made the appointment for this service about two weeks earlier but I noticed you were very busy when I brought my car in for service. From now on I will be avoiding making appointments on Fridays More
