All of the service members were friendly and professional, I was happy to see they had coffee but no type of cream or sugar substitutes. I actually scheduled an appointment in order to insure I professional, I was happy to see they had coffee but no type of cream or sugar substitutes. I actually scheduled an appointment in order to insure I wasn't treated like a walk in and have a long wait time. Appointments don't seem to matter because everyone that arrived with me were in and out and I was still there until almost 10am. I know that sometimes it may take longer than usual but I was never updated with and ETA, I had to get up and ask who could I speak with to get and update and I was pointed to direction of who I should ask. More
