Arrived early without an appointment, Service advisor came to me quickly & took my information & I had a question on how to operate one of the controls & he helped me without hesitation. The service centre went above and beyond in helping me with my car. I had a major job they got it done in 10 hours which was phenomenal. Rockwall Toyota has been on top of most of my service needs. I am usually well-satisfied. However, yesterday (8/27/20), there was some confusion and delay in checking my car in for service. I did not needs. I am usually well-satisfied. However, yesterday (8/27/20), there was some confusion and delay in checking my car in for service. I did not see a service manager for at least 15 minutes after my appointment time. I almost noticed that some employees in the service department were wearing masks haphazardly, with the nose exposed. I hope these problems are fixed when I return. More
