you sell trucks with defective tires You sold me a 2017 Tacoma with a screw in the tire. I brought it in a few days later for tint on windows and asked for tire repair at same time. I was You sold me a 2017 Tacoma with a screw in the tire. I brought it in a few days later for tint on windows and asked for tire repair at same time. I was told tire was not repairable an screw was not in tire when I left dealership after purchase.The warning light was on when I tested the truck an sales person added air before I left. 24 hrs later warning was back on. There was a meeting with a manager where he indicated I was not telling the truth. All indicators point to the fact that the screw was in that tire when I bought the truck , but he was un willing to see the facts , and I left very angry with nicely tinted windows. Saleman Great, sales manager not good. The sales manager (Cory) took my credit app and never checked for a lower rate through Toyota. So I had to go thru my personal bank for my loan. I gave this to them on Monday at 630pm and when i came back to purchase on Wednesday at 330pm he never ran it through anyone.Poor attentuin to detail. Recommend using your own banks as this guy was unreliable. Nemo was outstanding and very attentive to all my needs. Highly recommended salesman. Great job Nemo. More
