Great customer service, but LONG waits I went in for a nail in my tire and they ended up not having to replace the tire, which is fine but I was there for 90 minutes. I've had 90 minute oil changes in the past and it slightly annoys me. I love this dealership. They are clean and every advisor I've dealt with have been super friendly, but if I had not purchased extended service plan or tire protection, I'd probably use my mechanic that I take my cash car to. I want to rate ToR 5 stars, but I just can't simply because I've never been out there in under 90 minutes before. More

Sold a used lemon, and knew it We bought a used Honda Civic two weeks ago. We've discovered problems with the condenser, over heating on long drives, coolant leak and oil leak. When we took it up there, they admitted to knowing of the oil leak after attempting to fix it before they sold it to us. Their business response was to fix the oil leak at cost for roughly $200. We looked up the part, it's $20. Do not use this dealership. We are surely disappointed at they're dishonesty. More

My husband brought the car-low tire-everything was fine. It's not a complaint but he did have to wait for about an hour or so just for the low tire situation. He did and all is fine.
