Used to be good - not anymore. I have two toyotas and bought them both there. Also have had them both serviced there. Got all service including tires from them. For my 2016 I was looking to get my 5th bought them both there. Also have had them both serviced there. Got all service including tires from them. For my 2016 I was looking to get my 5th set of tires which were well under mileage warranty. They refused to honor it and said it would be $1200 - I had the tires for 16k miles and 16 mos. I ordered them on Tire Rack who gave me the option to ship them to Toyota of Scranton for $950. I showed them. They screwed me and I will never go back to this dealership again unless its for a recall fix (of which there are many). I didn't want to publicly bash them but this is 4th email asking for a review so I guess I'll give them one!!! More
