On this particular day, however, the woman who took care of us was rude and inpatient. We reserved an appointment online, as we have in the past, to wait for the service to be completed. She was annoyed that we were waiting and not leaving the car for the day. I must say, there was a storm the night prior, many people were driving in with hail damage to their vehicles, and the computers were working slow for the employees that particular morning (8:45). The woman has a title of "Assistant Service Manager" and could use some basic public relations skill building. This should be addressed. More

They even went above and beyond as to help me find perfect, safe, quality vehicle that best fit the needs of me and my girls for all aspects. Always were kind and generous, as to what my needs were without any false statements and keep me up to date still on my used Toyota Corolla which I absolutely love. They explained every detail before I pulled off lot as well as Ade sure I was comfortable and felt secure prior to leaving the dealership. I felt that it was family oriented and very unique for a dealership, never thought a dealership was as respectful or as well put together even service ad waiting areas as this till i experienced it first hand.. thank you Toyota dealership you are excellent in my eyes and I couldn't have got to this point if it weren't for your help and guidance.
