Unfortunately I was not able to lease a 3rd vehicle from Toyota of Scranton due to a pricing issue and went elsewhere. This should not be a negative reflection on the staff I worked with. Personally; I thought they could have worked the small pricing gap out of the deal. More

Awesome service center at Toyota!!! We have moved several times in the last 10 years since we have owned Toyotas. Needless to say we have experienced many Toyota Dealership Service Cent We have moved several times in the last 10 years since we have owned Toyotas. Needless to say we have experienced many Toyota Dealership Service Centers! Toyota of Scranton was absolutely fabulous. My 4-Runner went in for an oil change and a recall notice. They let me know that it would possibly take 3-4 hours before I arrived. Had a 9am appt. and got right in, I let them know I would like to go to the mall when it opens. At about 9:50 Dan let me know that if I still wanted to go to the mall they would get me a ride and also about 1.5 hours left on the vehicle. Everything was done on the vehicle and I was out the door by 11:30am. Thank you so much for your professionalism and keeping your dealership/center so clean!!! More
