Customer Service is On Point... in person Stephanie Jones is the only person I want to deal with when I visit Toyota. She is the most knowledgable employee and always willing to help. I’ve been a Toyota customer for years, and while most of the service agents are friendly, many of them don’t know which way is up when you’re on the phone with them. After getting a flat tire, two phone agents informed me that I was required to pay for a new tire and bring my car to Toyota for the replacement. First of all, I know I’m not mandated to get tires from Toyota. Secondly, neither of them bothered to look into my profile to see if I had purchased tire care/additional packages when purchasing my vehicle. Stephanie is informed and goes above and beyond to help her customers. She’s really a delight to work with. The guys who work in service, as well as the service manager, are also absolutely wonderful. I don’t know any of them by name but they’re always friendly and work quickly. More

I stopped by Toyota of Scranton on a Saturday morning just to set up an appointment for my 2013 Scion TC to get the Auto Butler detailing, I had origi I stopped by Toyota of Scranton on a Saturday morning just to set up an appointment for my 2013 Scion TC to get the Auto Butler detailing, I had originally purchased the 5 year detailing plan, but since my car is now 7 years old, I had not had it done in 2 years! As I was setting up the appointment, I asked if there would be any chance that I could have it done right then, never thinking that it could be possible, but worth a try to ask. He readily was able to get me in immediately! Not only did it get done quickly and conveniently, he informed me that my car had been slated for a recall check, so he was able to have that done as well. Upon completion, the car looked brand new! I cannot say enough about how positive the entire experience was at Toyota of Scranton, I highly recommend them! More
