Also I had a warranty which I bought with my car at that dealership that they knew nothing about and they told me to deal with it myself. I was suppose to keep the tire to submit the claim. They disposed the tire so my claim is invalid. Now I am out a lot of money when I could of went to the local tire shop and got it for a lot cheaper. More

Great experience I was at Toyota Scranton for servicing my car. I forgot to check the boxes for state inspection when I signed up for the service appointment. Luckil I was at Toyota Scranton for servicing my car. I forgot to check the boxes for state inspection when I signed up for the service appointment. Luckily, Alan arranged the inspection also so that I won't have to go back there just for that. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. I especially like their waiting room and enjoy the DD on their premises. Overall, a pleasant experience. More
