shocked by pleasantry!!!! I read previous reviews given for this dealership (in early 2018) and they weren't good. Then reviews of late 2018 were good... so I thought why not I read previous reviews given for this dealership (in early 2018) and they weren't good. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted at the door, my salesman Tom Rogari helped me find my perfect car! the dealership was spotless, everyone was friendly, and I had minor issues with the used vehicle I purchased and service was great!!! I will return when I'm ready for next vehicle. More

Disappointed with the extras (or lack thereof). I brought my Sienna in for it's 20,000 mile service. The service was fine although they tried to sell me several things. Not interested. I was called that my car was ready a little after 1. When I got there to pick it up it was close to 3. He brought it out front and the vehicle was still filthy. I thought part of the service was a car wash. Guess I was mistaken. When I asked about it, he said they were a little backed up but if I wanted to wait, he could get it washed. I said you had almost 2 hours after you called me, you obviously weren't planning on having it washed. I thought the last time I brought it in it hadn't been washed very well (probably not at all) but I didn't say anything. I will drive to Wilkes Barre for better service next time. More
