No need for a call Mary Jo. Like i tried to explain ! my initial contact on line was good. I did not rate •because name wasn’t the same. This initial contact , appointment making process was good. But that information did Not follow me, or the Truck. (Process Failure)The initial contact in the garage (check-in)was polite young man w/clipboard but he seemed to be the youngest guy there.😂Grey shirts😉 I Tried to explain services but he didn’t really understand and or care. Then another young man took clipboard checked for signature , no questions and handed keys to another guy (blk shirt)who drove truck into garage (work area) This i feel is another process failure spot.The young men with clipboard did not have any info on my service requirements or actually seem to care. Now “Tim “ I’ll call my “Service Rep”. I only met on check out was polite , my only complaint is if you send a txt “Any questions on your service just txt” YOU need to Answer “ i never got a reply or intial txt or call to verify services. Again process failure.How could Tim not know what i request on line initially?? Take a hard look again at your online appointments >initial clip/board check in >service rep assignments >customer verification >garage work . Happy Customer Process

Excuse me ;You probably realized service rep was Alan T. not Tim. He gave me his card and also apologized. It also seemed that he and others were in middle of reorganizing in the checkin garage area.Which again may have compounded the process failures. Regards DFC
