Most of the staff is very friendly and courteous. As a current LEO I was told Toyota of Scranton was the place to go . After purchasing a new truck in 2020 I’ve been having ongoing issues with a factory tonneau cover .. After traveling over an hour to ha place to go . After purchasing a new truck in 2020 I’ve been having ongoing issues with a factory tonneau cover .. After traveling over an hour to have the cover looked at I was told by management to “Throw it out” because it was given to me when I bought the truck which it wasn’t and confirmed by management .. or pay $700.00 to have it fixed.. I explained to them that my wife is in the market for a forerunner which didn’t change things.. after going to else where I was given a price of $132.56 to fix my cover .. very disappointing. More
