Very poor experience with the service department. Very very poor. Screwed up one of the cameras on a windshield install and its been in for a week now. I've been in contact daily and told daily that it wi very poor. Screwed up one of the cameras on a windshield install and its been in for a week now. I've been in contact daily and told daily that it will be done by end of day but then get a call or text at end of day saying it'll be another day. Collision camera and sensor were working perfectly before replacing the defective windshield. I will still give Jax the salesman 5 stars if I could. Hes been very good through this whole ordeal but maybe its time to figure out whats going on with the techs. First it was failure to replace an oil cap (big mistake) Now this....I'd figure if I was to work at Toyota as a Toyota tech I'd probably know how to fix things on said Toyota. More
I feel like every time we take the car to be serviced there is always over $1,000 worth of additional things that "need" to be done. I did not have it done because I feel like it is overpriced. Service appointment had a quick and easy check in process. Proper precautions were taken, it was a little difficult to hear the service desk staff with the plexiglass divider and external noise, but process.
