I work and need a care giver for my husband and they sent a driver to take my car and do oil change etc and brought it back to my place of employment which I thought was very nice. More

Tires were rotated and the new snow tires are now on the back of a front wheel drive car. They should have been left on the front. Also Uber did not pick me up at work on time afterwards as planned. Waited More

First time I have found engine oil all over the engine compartment. Evidently they didn’t use drain around filter and left it run down, when engine started fan blew it all over. More

It wasnt that i wanted to speak to someone specific. I was told i could only speak to one person about my service, kept on hold for over 10 minutes, or sent to voicemail. All i needed was someone, anyone to just say it was finished. Every time i asked i was instructed that i needed to speak directly to my personal adviser.
