We brought in our Rav 2019 for a maintenance check, oil change, and whoever changed the oil forgot to tighten the plug and oil was leaking all over the oil pan and finally onto our driveway. Which was a v change, and whoever changed the oil forgot to tighten the plug and oil was leaking all over the oil pan and finally onto our driveway. Which was a very stupid mistake. I would think that tightening the plug was step 1 after taking out the old oil. This could have cost us to lose our engine. We are very disappointed with the maintenance department and will likely think twice about bringing in our Rav for any future maintenance appointments. More

When we went for out 30 day service checkup, he pulled a $10 bill from his wallet. We declined the gesture. We had already replace it which cost $35.00.
