Tiffany was wonderful to work with as usual and she did give me a discount on the brake work I needed but the cost of the brake work even with the discount was expensive. I was there for inspection so I didn’t have time to check around for the best price to have the work done. I gave the work quality a 4 rating because after the work the brakes were squealing when I was driving down the road. I believe a metal sensor was maybe rubbing on the brakes? I did not call to complain or bring it back because of a family issue that occurred shortly after the day I was at the dealership. It was not affecting the brakes functioning. More

Originally went to get my 2018 RAV lease serviced due to a noise in the front brakes. Asked Stephanie if Andrew Weinberger was working, she said he was, he later greeted me. After a conversation with Andrew he informed me that my lease was up in a few weeks. To make a long story short, I have a new three year lease of a 2020 RAV. Stephanie was very nice and professional and Andrew Weinberger is knowledgeable, professional and a asset to Toyota of Scranton.
