IT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS I had a appointment to have my Dodge pickup done at scranton Dodge at 1:30. I arrived about 1:15, checked in and sat down. My truck was parked outside I had a appointment to have my Dodge pickup done at scranton Dodge at 1:30. I arrived about 1:15, checked in and sat down. My truck was parked outside of the door, in my line of sight. At 2:15, it was not moved and I asked why? my appointment was for 45 minutes ago. I was told I am next, but it might take a while, I said give me my keys and went home. My wife told me to call Toyota, to see when they could do it, when I called, the woman asked me if I wanted it done today. I said yes, When ? She said bring it over. I was told to bring it into the garage as soon as I got there and Stephanie Jones took care of me. She said it probably will take about 1 hour, I will tell you when it is done. About 3:45 she came out and told me it is done. Now how can anyone ask for better service! You people are the best, my hat is off to the treatment that I received from Stephanie. GREAT JOB STEPHANIE, I THANK YOU !! More

I had offered this time to leave my vehicle, do some shopping and lunch, and when I received the call that my vehicle was finished, I said I was not ready to pick it up and wondered if that was a problem. The service rep told me no problem, there were there until 6PM, so whenever it was convenient for me would be fine. Upon arrival an hour or so later, my vehicle was inside the service garage, all cleaned and shined and ready for me! More

Long term customer, terrible experience recently I brought my RAV4 to get my winter tires off and my all season tires put on. Toyota is more expensive than most places in this area but I trusted the I brought my RAV4 to get my winter tires off and my all season tires put on. Toyota is more expensive than most places in this area but I trusted their service as I have been a toyota customer for many years. My all season tires had been driven on for less than 10k miles without any problems ever. As I was pulling out of the dealership, my tire pressure light was on. I figured there was just a glitch since they were just changed. I got home and my tire was completely flat. My front drivers side had a pressure of 3. I filled it up and an hour later flat again. I brought my car back to toyota and they related to me that where the rip is must be a defect in the tire because it is in a spot that could not be damaged by hitting a pothole or curb. I've had these tires for 1 year and all the sudden there is a defect that happens to appear right after they change them? Then they were supposed to order a new tire for me as they did not have my tire in stock. 1 week later I call and the tire order was never put in. I am very disappointed with my service. After this tire situation is resolved, I will be bringing my service elsewhere. I have spent a lot of time and money on this issue which toyota employees are denying any responsibility for. More
