I have bought my last 6 cars from Toyota of Tampa Bay and have always been happy with my service. This time I took my car in for normal service and was told I needed a new battery, that mine had 1/4 life and have always been happy with my service. This time I took my car in for normal service and was told I needed a new battery, that mine had 1/4 life left, a new engine filter, a new cabin filter, and tires. The service tech said I should at least get a new battery and engine filter. He quoted one price but when I hesitated he said he can give me a 20% discount which I already had an email regarding the discount. My son told me to wait. We took my car to Auto Zone and my battery passed just fine and we checked my engine filter and it is clean. I feel that I was trying to be upsold for things I did not need making this a deceptive practice. I do not feel that you should treat a loyal customer or any customer that way. I am definitely considering not returning to Toyota of Tampa Bay after years of doing business with your company. More

Derrick Howard was who I initially spoke with to set up a Service Appointment on Monday, June 22nd for Tuesday, June 23rd. Without going into a lot of detail the whole experience was extremely disappointing Service Appointment on Monday, June 22nd for Tuesday, June 23rd. Without going into a lot of detail the whole experience was extremely disappointing and the worst part of this experience was his unprofessional attitude. Once I realized that Derrick didn't even complete the minor things that I asked him to look at I started to question if anything was completed during that Service Appointment. On Wednesday, June 24th I asked for a Service Manager and spoke with Key-Onna Bencun (Service Leader). I explained to her what I experienced earlier in the week with Derrick. We scheduled another Service Appointment for Thursday, June 25th and the experience was EXCEPTIONAL! Key-Onna was absolutely professional, follow up on everything that we discussed and renewed my faith in TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY's Service Department. I can't say enough positive things about Key-Onna and I truly appreciated her taking care of my 2025 TOYOTA CAMRY. Thank you Key-Onna!!! More
Please don't buy from that dealership they will add fees that u won't agree on this fake service agreement fake warranty stay away they will confuse you n lie to u telling u the bank won't approve unless u that u won't agree on this fake service agreement fake warranty stay away they will confuse you n lie to u telling u the bank won't approve unless u get those service agreements PPP is garbage u will never use it they force that on the sale n when u tell them ur not interested they tell u they can't remove it u will see they are very aggressive n rude very unprofessional when I go online u think ur getting a good price when they are don't structuring the loan it will be sky high beware stay away several banks told me stay away from that dealership they told me that they will reimburse me still haven't received anything nothing they will keep ur money n laugh at you they added a total of $8000 onto my loan I signed by mistake because I was tired exhausted by the stress they caused me they traumatized me so bad it's unbelievable I don't recommend no one to that dealership check ur buyers order n you will see stay away More
