I’ve been bringing my 2015 Toyota Corolla to this dealership’s service center for routine maintenance and trust the quality of the work being done. The technicians seem competent, but I’ve noticed th dealership’s service center for routine maintenance and trust the quality of the work being done. The technicians seem competent, but I’ve noticed they don’t recommend certain services that I believe are important for long-term vehicle health — like fuel injector cleaning, transmission filter replacement, or even inspecting the transmission pan. There are also a few areas that need improvement. The service often takes longer than expected, and since there’s no shuttle service available once the work is done, I usually end up taking an Uber — which adds to the inconvenience. I’ve also noticed that I’m frequently advised to get an alignment, yet they never find anything that actually needs adjusting. One of the more frustrating experiences has been with the body shop. I’ve requested multiple times to be contacted for minor cosmetic issues that have since worsened, but I’ve never received a call back. That lack of follow-through is disappointing. Additionally, I was told my brakes were in the yellow zone, even though I had just replaced them. It makes me question how thorough or accurate their inspections really are, despite being told the car is inspected every visit. Lastly, the cost of service here feels too high for what’s being provided. Between the upsells, delays, and lack of follow-through, it’s hard to justify the premium pricing. Overall, the service is decent, but the communication, attention to detail, and customer care could use serious improvement. More
