Waited 2 1/2 hours for a basic oil change. I had a scheduled appointment. No courtesy update or concern for customer’s time was made. There is no point on giving appointments if you’re not going to respect customers time. My name was not posted on the board until I called customer service and ask 1 1/2 hours later. I thought maybe they didn’t update the board in error but right after the call my name was posted. It then took another hour for the oil change. Very poor management and customer service. They can learn from other Toyota dealers, where I have had very good timely service. I would not recommend this dealership and management probably needs training. More

I love how this is a total experience when getting your car serviced at Toyota of Tampa Bay. There is a screen that constantly updates you on the status of your car. I have been buying Toyotas since 1997 exclusively; mostly Camry's but I have bought a Corolla and now I am driving a Rav4. The service reps and the salesmen are great! I would recommend everyone to buy a Toyota at least once and they will never go back to what they came from. On the downside, the only problem I have ever had at this dealership is when I went to purchase a air cabin filter from parts. The person on duty was less than friendly and carried on a personal conversation with someone while I waited patiently in line. Finally the person in front of me stepped to the side so I could buy the filter. The parts person alone is a reason not to go to this dealership. He almost tainted every pleasant experience that I have had. But you can't let one person deprive you of the extraordinary experiences that you have had at a business. The sales person that sold me my car no longer works here and I was a little distressed to hear this but....people move on. As a whole, they try hard to please the customer. More
