Preston was patient and well informed while showing us options. We never felt pressured. Once we decided on a car, he went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible. We purchased a pre-owned car. When we left the dealership that afternoon, it had a full tank of gas and had been meticulously detailed. Preston showed us how to pair our phone and set up the remote start through the key fob. We're very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Toyota of Wallingford. More

I worked with Mark on the purchase of my new Toyota. I made an appointment and Mark had several vehicles ready for me to try. I appreciated his honesty in describing the features of various models, even I made an appointment and Mark had several vehicles ready for me to try. I was able to try installing a car seat and test drive each vehicle without feeling rushed. The purchasing process was efficient and, on the day of pickup, I received a thorough orientation to the vehicle.
