I recently went to purchase a 2026 Sienna for my daughter, and was told I needed to leave a deposit. When I asked if I changed my mind would I get a refund. Anthony Baur, the salesman assured me tha daughter, and was told I needed to leave a deposit. When I asked if I changed my mind would I get a refund. Anthony Baur, the salesman assured me that I would get a refund. This was on 6/16/26, and I still have not received my refund and now the sales person said it would take 2 weeks to get my refund back. This is unreasonable that it would take this long to get a refund. Buyer beware before putting down a deposit for a new car. More
