My finance company that had pre-approved me prior to me coming in pulled out at the 11th hour due to a minor payroll discrepancy that had already been fixed by my employer but they still rejected it. From Jacob who was my sales person to all the finance team and other employees who entertained my 8 year old son while we dealt with this stressful situation. I highly recommend Wow Toyota to anyone. Jacob was knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the entire process. No one was pushy like some dealerships are. I didn't feel like I was "battling" with the finance team like I have felt at other dealerships.
