Assuming it was due to the construction but I noticed that my drivers side rear tire was covered in mud and the wheel well very dirty. Norris was my salesperson and he established a comfortable rapport with me from the beginning. Norris was able to understand my needs and determined very quickly that I was prepared to buy a car. The exchanges were friendly and I feel I paid a fair price for the car and received a fair price for my trade-in. Bill DiChello was the financial representative and was well prepared to finalize the paperwork of the detail. Everything he and I reviewed was what I had agreed to. Their system allows you to see the screen of information so you can easily validate that the information was correct and consistent with what had been discussed. Also a very friendly individual. Frank the Service Manager, a long time employee of this dealership was matter of fact towards his commitment to making sure I was happy with the car and what I should expect going forward from a service perspective.
