He is very personable, professional and not over bearing. Due to road conditions we did not able to test drive. At the time we were in no rush to buy. Just passively looking. We stewed about buying over the next days until we returned Sunday ready to buy. The dealership offered our dream car at a great price and value beating what competitors had to offer. Compelled us to buy right away sooner than we have planned. Next we worked with Sohail in finance who diligently worked to get us the best financing given our current circumstances. Sohail was also very helpful! Facility was very clean and had a nice waiting room, even with a play area for kids. When i went to pick up my vehicle she had been detailed top to bottom. John had made sure everything i requested was taken care of. They were able to get out a leather scratch on the leather and a small dent on the fender. Used SUV looked brand new. Truely some great service and they have great hours too! I would highly recommend buying from Toyota of Wallingford. Thank you!!! More
