Best car buying experience ever! Toyota of Wallingford and Jon Petro were such a breath of fresh air during the overwhelming experience of trying to buy a new car. Jon was friendly, h Toyota of Wallingford and Jon Petro were such a breath of fresh air during the overwhelming experience of trying to buy a new car. Jon was friendly, honest, patient and professional and a true pleasure to work with! We never felt pressured or uncomfortable dealing with him. As an example, after visiting a bunch of other Toyota dealerships, one offered us a lower price which Jon did his best to meet. However he was unable to bring it down to completely match the other price, but in the end we decided to spend slightly more and buy our car from Jon just because he had been so wonderful and we felt it was worth the extra money to deal with someone we trusted! Can not recommend Toyota of Wallingford and Jon Petro highly enough, after visiting other Toyota dealerships in the area firsthand, I can honestly say they are far and away the best! More

Tires and rim replacement There was a little bit of an attitude from one of your representatives over the phone when all I had was a simple question about my car. When I gave my car to the dealership to be worked on, I had the nut that holds my spare tire in the back, when the service was completed, they had told me it was missing and I’m not sure where it went. I think for the money I spent on the service,they could have replaced the nut for free. More

Not a business that stands behind their people I just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I was supposed to have it delivered as a gift at 6pm. At 1130 am O checked on vehicle and s I just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I was supposed to have it delivered as a gift at 6pm. At 1130 am O checked on vehicle and still in lot. At 415pm still in same place needless to say it was to be cleaned ,prepped and ready for delivery in less than two hours. I spoke with salesperson and she assured me it would be completed. 630 truck was delivered and it was dark out so it look like they wiped down water spots and threw some type of shine on hood. Beautiful truck everyone said that evening. Next morning the hubcab was cracked,drivers rear window rolls down doesnt roll up must go into backseat and push button. Checked oil with car running and off down a quart of oil. Tailgate strap rusted out on passenger side. Drivers seat doesnt recline back. Carfax says this vehicle is great . No recalls no accidents nothing and great maintenance records. Brought this to dealers attention on Monday and the salesperson, service manager and some big wig from dealer in a huddle on side of truck . Alot of resomses I got from dealer... the truck was prepped really what about the safety check forgot and oil 1 quart low. One response from manager was this is why i hate selling used cars@@@@.Find another job my friend you didnt get this as a trade yesterday its been on your lot almost 2 months according to Carfax. No recalls were listed as well. I checked with recalls and both seatbelts were fixed but at different times within a year apart. Nothing on Carfax though. Buyer beware buying from this dealership !!@@ More
