Great overall service I purchased a used certified vehicle from this dealership. I had a very good experience overall. The sales consultant, John S. was very helpful and not pushy or overbearing when showing me the cars I wanted to look at, which I very much appreciated. There were some mechanical issues with the vehicle I chose that was identified while it was being serviced. The dealership gave me a loaner while they were working on the vehicle. I was in a fender bender at no fault of my own with the loaner, and they were very sympathetic and understanding of the situation. John, himself, delivered my car to my house and picked up the loaner to be fixed. I would highly recommend both the dealership and John to whoever is looking to purchase a certified used Toyota. More

An extremly nice and Low pressure purchase. My wife and I went to Toyota of Wallingford. we were met by Lilia. She asked what we were interested in, "Car, Truck, SUV, Hybrid?" I told her a New T My wife and I went to Toyota of Wallingford. we were met by Lilia. She asked what we were interested in, "Car, Truck, SUV, Hybrid?" I told her a New Tacoma, I have a 2008 Tacoma, and looking for something new" She asked what we wanted (And told her what we were looking for). She said we do not have one on the lot, but I'm sure I can have one here in a couple days.(And they did) She asked what color we wanted, I said "I think I like the Barcelona red", but would like to see it first. Lilia went out in the rain drove it under the over-pass for us to look at it. I said "that's it" Find us one and we'll take it...... And we did. everyone we interacted with, made the purchase almost relaxing. Hats off to Lilia, and Bill. Next vehicle, Toyota of Wallingford will the dealer for us... More
