Everything from the quick response we got after inquiring online all the way through the process. And everything in between. We had Steve Hernandez taking care of us and he was excellent at openly discussing all of our options in order to get that feeling I had pulling out in my opinion the best car I’ve ever owned. Although being excited after my test drive, we had to wait one more day to pick up the truck and it was worth it. The team there was very easy to work with and we met all of them face to face with a hand shake. In other words there wasn’t a guy hiding in the back office or behind a booth the whole time. We met everyone through the whole process leading up to signing the contract which was quick and easy. Steve Hernandez was great at going through the new truck with my wife and I making sure we knew exactly what we were getting and how to use it all. Toyota was also acccomodating when it came time to deliver the truck allowing me to keep my car there overnight so that I could drive home in my new baby. I really appreciated that. Excellent team and an unbelievable truck. Thank you guys so much. More

I was exhauste After going to three other dealerships in the last two days, this was an extremely refreshing experience. The way car buying should be! I was exhausted after previous test drives where the salesmen would not stop talking the whole time, and they lived up to the used car salesman stereotype. Then I went to Toyota of Wallingford, where I didn't even intend to buy a car initially -- I just thought I'd test drive a Mazda they had, and then continue shopping around. I was very lucky to get John Savenelli, who was the ideal salesperson. Friendly, honest, and smart -- and no BS. He was quiet and mostly only answered questions, rather than trying to "sell" me a car. The Mazda was maybe a little better than the other compact SUVs I test drove, but it was honestly the friendly, no pressure sales experience that made me move forward. Also, Bill in finance was very easy to work with, and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. Only a couple times did I feel that he was trying to up-sell me on the add-ons and extras, but I do understand that's part of the business. The facility was well organized, the car was spotless, and I was happy with the price in the end. I would definitely recommend this place (and John specifically) to anyone in the market for a used car. More

Routine service and more… During a routine service the mechanic working on my Tacoma quickly Identified a noise that I had been hearing thinking it was tire noise. After diagnosing the noise he made a recommendation to repair the wheel bearings on the front. As I was waiting for my vehicle on the routine service the service department arrange for a loaner vehicle as the repair could not be completed in a day. The next day I received my truck back and the noise was gone and the vehicle is now safe from many more miles. We have always had good service with both Toyotas that we have purchased and serviced at Toyota of Wallingford. More

Superior Service!! I was traveling and needed a charge for my new Prime Prius. I brought my car to Toyota of Wallingford while visiting my sister to see if they would charge my car. They were super nice and told me to leave my car anytime I needed it to be charged, no problem. Gina was the first employee who helped me immediately and brought me to the service department where Bob Olsen set up a time for me to leave my car. Bob was friendly and very helpful. funny too. I think when my car needs service I might visit my sister again and have this Toyota dealership do my service which would be very easy. Great experience, wonderful employees. I talked to Diane in marketing to tell her how awesome my experience was. She told me to come on a Monday and get a free manicure. Wow- this dealership is very progressive and forward thinking.
