Fantastic! We were in bind with transportation to have service done on the vehicle with a new baby. Toyota of Wallingdord quickly answered the call as was able We were in bind with transportation to have service done on the vehicle with a new baby. Toyota of Wallingdord quickly answered the call as was able to provide not only a ride back, but also a ride later to get the vehicle. Best experience ever! !! I have purchased many cars in my life but this was the most wonderful experience from beginning to end!! Every person especially Denny who sold !! I usually have good experiences at Toyota of Wallingford but this time was frustrating. All I needed was a headlight, but when my service rep had to leave that minor repair became an all day event culminati but this time was frustrating. All I needed was a headlight, but when my service rep had to leave that minor repair became an all day event culminating with a text at 3:57 to tell me I needed that headlight. When I picked up the completed car the posted service status still showed "in progress." I hope this was a one time glitch; looks to me like the protocol for an advisor leaving midshift needs review. More
