Worst experience ever! I went to Wallingford of Toyota to purchase a new limited edition rav4 and I told the sales person I wanted his best price....I explained that I had a I went to Wallingford of Toyota to purchase a new limited edition rav4 and I told the sales person I wanted his best price....I explained that I had already shopped around but we live in the next town over and I wanted to establish a relationship with a neighboring dealership. The general manager insulted my intelligence by asking me to make an offer instead of just giving me his best price. When I finally told him the price I got from another dealership he said he would give me a price..... He sent his salesman out to once again ask me to make an offer above MSRP. I walked out! Colony Toyota of Middletown was professional, courteous, and didn't waste my time. They gave me a great price and were more than wonderful to my daughter who was buying her first new car. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a Toyota to go to COLONY TOYOTA in Middletown NOT WALLINGFORD. More
