This is our second time buying a new Toyota from Wallingford Toyota. The experience with both purchases has been a very good one. He was patient with us in what we wanted, had great information and knowledge of the Avalon Hybrid we were looking for. We had to wait for the one we wanted, but was in the time frame they said we would have it. When the car arrived CJ explained how to use all the equipment inside and out, thoroughly. He assured us that we could get in touch with him anytime we needed anything. He also introduced us to the manager,Frank, who was very accommodating too. I worked with Frank Pagiluca in sales and he was fantastic. He did not put any pressure on me and was very helpful during the whole process. I had a good I idea of what I wanted and what my price range was. He stayed right within my range and did not try to upsell me at all. I felt very comfortable the whole time. I would HIGHLY recommend him to friends and family! I also worked with Gloria Fernandez. She was awesome!!! She has such a great personality and it was a pleasure speaking with her in financing. She explains everything thoroughly and made sure I understood every paper I signed. Also - she was very fast. She completed everything quickly and efficiently.
