I showed up at 5:39 on a Friday and David was the lone advisor. He and the service manager (wonderful) 100 percent took care of me. I was traveling and would have had to get Ubers, a hotel etc if they di advisor. He and the service manager (wonderful) 100 percent took care of me. I was traveling and would have had to get Ubers, a hotel etc if they didn’t help me. The girl on the phone-was amazingly sweet and helpful. Her name was Spanish sounding maybe Alihandra. I actually initially could only reach the girl that answered the phone and parts and they both were sooooo helpful even though service wasn’t answering phone which made sense when I got there and there were other emergencies David and the gentlemen (wonderful - mentioned above) who I think was in in charge of the actual service employees were the only people in sight.
