My first visit to Lexus Ft. Pierce. Met with Jude my Liasion. I must admit, she reviewed my file, and explained in details work to be done. I went in for my 7500 miles tune up. Pierce. Since I had to wait about 2 hours, she immediately put me in a loaner. She was attentive, superbly honest- which I admire in any person. Apparently there was a recall which I was unaware of- she took care of that as well. All together, I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is truly a . Gem of a person, warm and kind. I contacted Treasure Coast Lexus on a traded-in vehicle that was just posted online. We live a ways away so not exactly convenient and not something entertained throughout the three month search. After tons of research, I knew what I was looking for. Most recently I learned that one of the least liked consumer experiences is going to a car dealership....but not the case at Treasure Coast Lexus. That Saturday morning, after seeing the online post at Treasure Coast Lexus, my call-in was answered by Michael Klein. As soon as he spoke, I just had a calm feeling I was going to be in good hands. The immaculate, pristine and like new vehicle was waiting for me to arrive and test drive. At TCL it wasn't just a typical test drive as in my other colorful recent experiences: Everything from just wanting to "close the deal if the numbers were right", or get me in their system so that I could simply just sit in or test drive a certain car, or that they put on a shirt everyday so that they could come in to try and sell me a car and more...I would never return to those places/people nor recommend them due to my personal experiences. Michael was respectful and above the rest. He taught and showed me everything he knew about the car and things I probably would've never discovered on my own. There was absolutely no pressure and it was actually an enjoyable, solid and professional experience. One last hurdle for me was getting it home with an elderly Mother in tow/care. They worked it out so that I didn't have to make a second trip to bring it home. My thoughts: Yes, It was my LUCKY Day: I bought a traded in great condition, clean Honda at a fair and reasonable price...had I purchased a Lexus instead, I don't feel my customer service experience would have been any better. Treasure coast Lexus came through again. Due to some health issues, we were not able to drive to the dealership.. I saw a car on the website and knew I wanted it sight on seen. No lookin lookin or test drive necessary.as I trust them completely. Howard Kent took care of all paperwork and delivered the next day to Vero Beach. We closed the deal and I still didn’t drive the car before he left. That’s how much trust I have in the people and the dealership..it is the 5th car I have bought from Howard Kent and he is the ultimate professional. The only thing I Missed is all the good snacks from a personal visit. Maybe next time. More
