Mr. Basile, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service we provided you. As we explained on your first visit we found the right front upper control arm bracket bent causing an unsafe situation and a tremendous amount of noise with the control arm hanging off the vehicle. This had to be rectified prior to any other repairs. You did not ask to see the old parts until your next visit nearly two weeks later. Unfortunately, we do not hang on to old parts, unless specifically asked to do so and we then will leave them in the customers' vehicle. As I explained we would be happy to provide a discount on the additional repairs your vehicle needs. Thank you, Michael Hoye - Service Manager - 772-460-0000- Ext 2400
