Battery dead. Jump started with Lexus Roadsideas told by Lexus. Drove it 35 mi to Treasure coast Lexus. TOLD it was running great. Assumed they put in new battery Jump started with Lexus Roadsideas told by Lexus. Drove it 35 mi to Treasure coast Lexus. TOLD it was running great. Assumed they put in new battery but they did not even though under warranty. ALSO told I had a nail in sidewall of tire and needed a new tire for $322. Refused the tire and told David I was going to tire store. Went dead again 2 days later. Several calls to David. He decided to have it towed back to Lexus cause didn't believe it was battery.Toldme to call Roadside Service .Took video of click click noise while inside carto send to David but he said not needed. Took several before pics of car right before tow truck came . Car was towed away and brought back next day with deep scratch on passenger bumper. Took pics immediately after and sent to David. Again several days later finally called back and was told they did not scratch car. Told him I have several pics 10 min before tow truck with no scratches and sent to him. Called manager explain whole story. Never heard back. Went to Tire Kingdom in Sebastian to check nail in sidewall and but new tirebefore road trip. They put car up in bay and checked all tires and found NO NAIL! Just the cherry on top of this whole mess! Called Manager Lexus Treasure Coast again. I want the scratch on my car fixed from Trasure Coast Lexus who started this whole mess by not putting warrantied battery in to begin with. Also, maybe you should try to figure out where (unrepairable??) tires are going that you are taking off and replacing. Thanks?? More
