Hi Tina, I just don’t understand why things were taken out of the vehicle and never put back. I have ordered a manual at a cost of $90 dollars, I bought the door tools and I have straps and bungee cords myself so I don’t need to bother with that. Thanks for listening but there’s nothing else that can be done at this point.
