Again, I had to wait for over an hour before I even spoke with my service manager. My service then took an additional hour. I needed up waiting for over 2 hours for an oil change. I scheduled my appointment online for an oil change at Treasure Coast Lexus, Fort Pierce. The price indicated was $58.00. He responded, he did not know and nor did he offer any empathy or compassion in finding a solution. I find this extremely unprofessional of Lexus! I did call to speak with a supervisor and did receive sympathy and an offer to resolve my concerns. I will not be visiting this location again and was informed to visit another location even if I had to drive an hour!!! Shame on you Lexus!!! More
