Very negative start ended well The windshield replacement on my 2019 ES350 started off with Luis Pedraja. Luis was not helpful at all. He wrote two caustic emails. We had several ve The windshield replacement on my 2019 ES350 started off with Luis Pedraja. Luis was not helpful at all. He wrote two caustic emails. We had several very bad phone conversations during which he was rude and condescending.Luis even cancelled my service appointment on two different occasions. I would give him no stars. I later got in touch with Heather Halford. Heather was extremely helpful. She put me in touch with Kathy Element, who became my new service advisor. She did a first class job. The repair was completed and I'm very appreciative of her assistance. I did ask Heather to have the general manager, Mr. Mariarossi call me. I have yet to get that call. More
