Excellent service and service Staff Kathy Register Excellent Service staff, however, extremely poor response from Management. I had an issue at end of lease and sent a registered letter to the owner as Excellent Service staff, however, extremely poor response from Management. I had an issue at end of lease and sent a registered letter to the owner as listed. That's been over a year ago, to date I have had no response.
