He also moved the transponder from my car to the new one. It works perfectly. (Thanks Cal). The prep staff was real good, I wish could remember all that they showed me. Sheets (SIMPLE ONES) covering the techs 1-2-3 to take away would be helpful. Steve was informative with the options available to me.(a lot to consider) Good job by all involved. More

Failed commitments and service I had my 2014 lexus 460 brought in to service for routine service including an oil change. During the service, the dealer found I needed new brakes, w I had my 2014 lexus 460 brought in to service for routine service including an oil change. During the service, the dealer found I needed new brakes, which had been replaced only 13 months earlier. The general manager and employee who sold me a service contract advised me the brake job was covered under warranty. Unfortunately after the new set of brakes were installed I was informed it was not a covered service. I sent an email explaining the prior commitments from the dealer to the general manager and have not had the courtesy of a reply. More

Not perfect. Service was quick. Service fixed my problem. As usual your employee were very nice. My only disappointment is your failure to return calls. I called t Service was quick. After an hour and a half I called another department who got my information and called me back within 15 minutes. Trivial I know but it is aggravating. More
