Friendly and dedicated staff I called the dealership from out of state to ask about a used car. Howard Kent took the time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond prov I called the dealership from out of state to ask about a used car. Howard Kent took the time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond providing me with various high-resolution photos of the car, working with me on figuring out the logistics of me flying in to look at the car, and preparing ahead of time for the transaction. He also came in on his day off to meet with me as that was the only time I could fly in and took the time to finalize the sale. He was very friendly and welcoming, and at no time did I feel rushed. Everyone at the dealership was aware that I was coming in and made me feel welcome. Tara Overall welcomed me when I first came in, Anthony Burruano introduced himself shortly, knew immediately who I was, and welcomed me again offering a drink and snacks, and then Howard did the same and we went to look at the car. The car was prepared ahead of time and detailed inside and out. As I was taking the time to look at the car, Howard also introduced me to Gary Mariarossi and we had a very pleasant conversation. Howard worked with me to answer any remaining questions I had, we had a nice test drive, and then began finalizing the transaction. Steve Kritikos handled the financial paperwork very efficiently and also answered all my questions. Overall the transaction was very smooth, and I was again offered drinks and snacks for the trip back home. The following day Howard reached out to make sure I arrived home safely. The dealership property is very impressive and clean, and the staff are pleasant and welcoming. Thanks for the car! More

It seemed as if took a long time to get my car back on Thursday after noon. You did however let me use a very nice loaner while my car was being attended to. More

Everyone there wants to help including greeters and service bay. Show room comfortable and plenty of space to sit, read, while waiting. My wife likes the snack bar. A nice touch for coffee and a snack while waiting. Thank you for that. $69.99 for synthetic oil change with coupon and another $23.00 for a tire rotation (Not included with oil change). Total bill $111.00 and change with taxes and shop fees. Seems a bit high compared to other service shops in the area. May want to adjust price point down and combine oil change and tire rotation just a little to increase volume. Thanks More

Too much time Appointment was at 8 AM. Arrived on time and greeted then. Had to wait about fifteen minutes for an individual to come to the waiting area. After s Appointment was at 8 AM. Arrived on time and greeted then. Had to wait about fifteen minutes for an individual to come to the waiting area. After some confusion, vehicle was sent in for oil change. At least a half hour later, was advised tires were needed and it would take an hour and a half. It took three hours from that point in time. So, I arrived on time for my 8 AM appointment and did not depart the dealership until approximately one PM. Five hours is is far too much time for the service which was performed. An individual should have notified me that it was going to take that long at some point. I had to hunt down the service director to find out what was taking so long. Also, I should have been offered a loaner car and told to return the next day rather than be left sitting in the lounge area. Lastly, there are no power outlets in the lounge and thouse in the Business Center are inaccessible so so my computer ran out of power after such a lenghty wait. I await a response. If I do not recieve one, I will have my other Lexus serviced at Merbourne. More
