An Automotive Purchasing Experience Like None Other As a rule, I hate going into automobile dealerships and negotiating the purchase of a new vehicle let alone negotiating the trade-in value of the old As a rule, I hate going into automobile dealerships and negotiating the purchase of a new vehicle let alone negotiating the trade-in value of the old vehicle. But my recent experience at Treasure Coast Lexus has changed my thinking by 180 degrees. I worked with Howard Kent who was randomly assigned to me. Howard is a gentleman who is very knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles and the advantages of the Lexus Certified Pre-Owned program. Howard listened to us and responded with the answers and guidance that we needed. Our 2018 Lexus RX 350 is loaded with technology and Howard lined us up with a technology expert, Mark, to familiarize us with all of the technology in our new RX. The worst part of purchasing a new vehicle is the trip to the finance office. But in our case, Steve, was great to work with and helped up make informed decisions. Overall, I am delighted with our experience at Treasure Coast Lexus and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle there or to recommend a friend. More
