Enjoyable and relaxing car buying I only I only purchase a car every 10 years and it was time to replace my mini Cooper Clubman. My granddaughters,6 and 8 were in for. 3 week visit when it wa I only purchase a car every 10 years and it was time to replace my mini Cooper Clubman. My granddaughters,6 and 8 were in for. 3 week visit when it was obvious I needed to replace my Cooper. After visiting the Honda, Acura, and infinity dealer my mechanic said I had to drive a Lexus before making my purchase decision. From the moment we entered the Lexus dealership I was impressed with the kindness and courtesy of Brian Young and staff. He quickly guided the girls to the cafe and sat at a table out in the show room so the girls could snack and play in the kids area The girls opted to stay during the test drive and the sales manager checked on them so I could concentrate on the test drive/ information. Brian went above and beyond making my decision to purchase easy. The girls accompanied me during the technology "class" and Diane was wonderful answering both mine.and the girls questions. I have already sent the video Brian took to share with my husband who was working during the purchase to 2 family members thinking of buying a new vehicle. More

Anthony was exceptional with quick responses and providing us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. When we stopped in to take the test drive, Anthony had Brian show us the car and go over many of the features. As we entered the showroom we were also warmly greeted by Gary, the General Manager, who welcomed us into the Lexus family and provided his personal cell number as they all did. We reached out to each of them on a few occasions and they were prompt and professional. When we purchased the vehicle it was flawlessly detailed and Marc did an excellent job going over all the technology available on the vehicle. Steve in the finance office was very professional and offered all the available options to take care of the vehicle. The entire staff at Treasure Coast Lexus was professional and very knowledgeable and I would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle. This is not our first new vehicle purchase but it was by far the best dealership experience we've ever encountered anywhere. We'll see them all again at the next barbecue. More
