Robert Collier always goes the extra mile We own our third Lexus from this dealership and all vehicles have been serviced exclusively here. We recently planned a trip trip to the Northeast and We own our third Lexus from this dealership and all vehicles have been serviced exclusively here. We recently planned a trip trip to the Northeast and prior to doing so, brought our sedan in for regular servicing. Robert Collier has for years been our service adviser and, like always, got us in promptly. Upon return from our trip - and following travel on interstate highways in bad condition and an unavoidable running over of tire debris in our lane - I called Robert because I was concerned about any possible undercarriage damage as well as possible tire misalignment due to bad roads. Robert told us to come in the next day at our convenience - no appointment needed. We did and learned that there indeed was some minor damage and tire misalignment which were promptly attended to while we waited in the comfortable show room area. Quite surprising to us when the car was done was the fact that Robert told us there was no service charge for checking things over and making the adjustments. A complimentary car wash was also included. What else can we say? Great customer service is an understatement. More
