Our salesman Brian Young was knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. He guided through lease/purchase options giving us sufficient time to reach decisions while explaining every aspect of the new SUV. He has even followed up with us months after purchase just to check our satisfaction level. As an aside we recently had a service issue regarding an OEM tire which fell into a gray area on the tire warranty. During this process Rafael Salcedo the Service Director was outstanding in listening to our issues and resolving them while we were there. If there is a better Service Director I have yet to meet him. I highly recommend giving Treasure Coast Lexus a chance to earn your business. They have been great to my wife and I. More

I first went to a dealer down in Miami, but was unable to get a fair price. I left that dealer and kept searching online when I came across Treasure Coast Lexus. I called up the dealership and was transferred to Mr. Howard Kent. I informed Mr. Kent of my intent to come up and see the vehicle, before the dealership closed. Mr. Kent went above and beyond and had the vehicle ready for me. When I arrived there was already an interested party looking at the vehicle that I wanted, but they couldn’t go for a drive because Mr. Kent had the keys in his pocket the whole time waiting for me. I was able to get a phenomenal rate on the car, and get a good deal on my trade-in as well. Both Mr. Kent and Mr. Mariarossi stayed late on a Sunday evening to ensure that the finance process went smoothly. Mr. Kent showed incredible professionalism and integrity to someone that he didn’t know, who was coming in at the end of a workday. If you’re looking for a new Lexus or even a preowned vehicle, this is the place to go. Car buying can sometimes be stressful, but dealing with the right people can make that process as easy and stress-free as possible. The Lexus Representative assigned to me upon arrival for my appointment was professional, pleasant and explained in depth the service to be performed. This was the first time I had been to Treasure Coast Lexus as I live in NC, however, my 40,000 mile service was due, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
