He is great. He did a custom video for the car I was looking and sent me over the phone since we were far from dealership. Now on the day when we went to look at the car (and eventually bought it also) Randy was not working but he also drove an hour (we found out Randy actually lives very close to us) on his off day to come meet us and help us w our purchase. That's next level service. More
