2015 RX 450h Purchase Experience After and extended Internet search we located a great used RX450h at Treasure Coast. Everyone there was excellent to work with, especially since we l After and extended Internet search we located a great used RX450h at Treasure Coast. Everyone there was excellent to work with, especially since we live in Pittsburgh, PA. My wife and I flew down on a Friday morning to finalize the deal. We were picked up at the airport, shuttled to the dealership, and then completed all the paperwork. The vehicle was in great condition and all the folks did an excellent job, especially the technology specialist (Rick Russell) who gave a great overview of the various features of the vehicle. Then we had a rather pleasant 1100 mile drive back to Pittsburgh in our "new" RX. Thanks especially to Howard Kent who went out of his way to make this purchase very smooth and easy. No small task when the customer is over 1000 miles away! Overall a great transaction. We would definitely make another trip south to get a vehicle like this! More

We have since brought it back at 10,000 mile intervals; we now have 80,000 miles on it and never a problem. We feel we have always received the highest level of attention and service; our Service Manager Kathy Register is absolutely tops! Very informative, helpful and efficient--work that is performed is clear in advance with no "surprises" when we settle up the bill. The service lounge is attractive and comfortable, complete with coffee, beverages and snacks--we had brought books to read but barely started them when Kathy told us our Lexus was ready. Our car was returned freshly washed and vacuumed--good as new! More
