Brought the car in to install door trim and was not disappointed. Job was completed in under two hours and was done right. Car was returned shining from a car wash. Well done! However, I showed the service rep what appears to be paint peeling on the right rear corner of the car and was told treasure coast lexus does not have a paint shop and I would have to go to the Lexus dealer in Ft Lauderdale. I am terribly disappointed as my car is a 2025 NX and driving to Ft Lauderdale is just rediculous. I'm not sure what I am going to do but a trip to Ft Lauderdale is not in my future. Suffice to say "I am not happy" More

There was no real effort to assist me, even after I expressed clear interest in a vehicle on the lot. When I called the next day to inquire about the same car, I was told it had already been sold. No one had followed up. No one offered alternatives. No one took responsibility for the poor customer experience. Lexus customers expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. That standard was not met here. I strongly urge dealership management to address this situation and ensure all staff are trained to treat potential buyers with care and attention. More
