We recently leased an RX350h. Worked with Michael who is extremely knowledgeable about all the models. He was very easy to work with and answered all emails and calls promptly. Steven handled the finances when we went to pick up the car. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure for add-ons. Ditto for the tech person. My only minor complaint was that the pick-up took almost 4 hours. But I guess needing a NYS registration (which they handled beautifully) was a complication. Love the car so far! More

Just had my 10,000-mile service and it was a great experience as usual. Tara is amazing and honestly, I don't mind waiting. I get my hot chocolate, sit in a comfy chair and watch a show on my iPad. I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion with an oil leak. I was told I had NO oil leak, but I needed back brakes. I asked them to re-check because I personally saw the leak, I now have a $6700 leak! leak. I was told I had NO oil leak, but I needed back brakes. After picking my vehicle up, I still was seeing oil drops on my garage floor, so I took it back and told them I am still seeing fresh oil. I was told it is a residual leak. I go back home. It’s still leaking. I bring it back. Now they find the other leak. I was told by Kelleigh (on Saturday when I dropped it off for the 3rd time) that she would be speaking with Michael Hoye and he would be contacting me. NEVER heard from Mike. More
