Finally a great experience. We had written a couple of years ago after purchasing (leasing) two new vehicles the same day, to air our displeasure with our experience after gettin We had written a couple of years ago after purchasing (leasing) two new vehicles the same day, to air our displeasure with our experience after getting home and reviewing some of the documentation that we were so hastily coerced into signing, and we were left with several regrets with the deals. We did try to resolve some of the issues and maybe just get answers to our questions and felt like we were being dismissed, now that the ink was dry. Our view had been that we would return the vehicles at the end of the lease and shop elsewhere when the time came. That changed last week after we met salesperson Santiago Rodriguez. He listened to our concerns and showed a genuine care for them and because of that, we decided to negotiate for a new vehicle with a trade in of our lease. The process with him was very easy as he was extremely honest and appeared to be “in our corner” to see us get the car of our choice. Overall, we cannot say enough good things about this man here as he makes himself available for all of our questions and continues his genuine demeanor. He and Bill Bee are real assets to this dealership. More

When I asked if their was a problem Nick. my service writer, said on that particular day they had many cars coming in and were a bit help short and I could see it was busy. Even so Nick said I shouldn't have had such a long wait but I understood. Nick adjusted my bill slightly as a compensation which I said was very kind of him.
