Update: I amazingly received a phone call on the same day of the review. Why couldn't he call me the few days I sent him an email? So it took making reviews to finally get his attention. John Richards was unprofessional during our meeting, which I don't remember talking about other people being in our meeting over the phone. The GM, the service manager, and some lady I did not know were also in this meeting. I felt ganged up on. He made the comment about a body being in the trunk of my car, not once but twice. Jokes are funny. Your comment was not. I would not work with John Richards nor any place he represents since he is a reflection of the people he represents. If you are a woman who doesn't have a male figure to help you, I would suggest not doing business with John Richards or any place he represents. John, just as you tied my hands and forced this vehicle on me that I no longer want because of the service department's negligence, you can rest assured, that this review can stay your problem too.
