Our experience with James and Troncalli could not have been better. We have purchased Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Ram for years and this was the first time we looked at vehicles outside the Chrysler family. been better. After looking at our brand SUVs, 3 other dealers in the area, we decided to go to Troncalli, not only at the end of the day, but "just to see what was in the inventory". James greeted us when we arrived and asked what he could help us out with. We asked if there were any Durangos in stock, which the only one on site was a 392. However, James says "But hey, we have a Wagoneer over here in the showroom". What James didnt realize was the Wagoneer was the vehicle my wife was loving at the beginning of our search. James led us over to the Wagoneer and it was the exact color scheme, and options package my wife wanted. The search was over. James accomodated us comfortably with no pressure even tho it was the end of the day and never was anything but professional and caring. We learned that we will not be searching anywhere else but Troncalli next time we purchase as this experience has solidified Troncalli as the only dealer that continues to deliver. James could not have made our experience any better. We love our new Wagoneer! More

But they did agree to the lower price and it was a seamless process from there. More
